What is Dew Drop Skinboosters?

Dew Drops Skinboosters (水光针) has hyaluronic acid as the main ingredient to nourishing your skin. It is specially designed to deliver deep skin hydration and lasting improvements to the overall quality of the skin. By moisturising skin from within, Dew Drops Skinboosters (水光针) gives a healthy, glowing complexion which is supple and hydrated and increases skin elasticity and firmness.

Hyaluronic acid, the molecule that can hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water, occurs naturally in our body but levels starts to deplete as we age. Given that hydrated skin means plumper skin, losses in hyaluronic acid contribute to visible ageing – which is where treatments come in.

Skinboosters offer to replenish and enhance what is already naturally present in our skin, while stimulating collagen formation for long term results. This restores skin hydrobalance, elasticity and reduces surface skin roughness. It acts as if you have a hydrating mask placed directly deep into the dermis and dampens the skin with ample moisture.

How Does It Work?

At Privé Clinic, we use the Vital Injector to administer skinboosters. This technology enables very precise amounts of hyaluronic acid to be injected into the skin where it is needed, helping to restore and reinvigorate critical water reserves at the dermal layer of the skin cells. It not only provides intensive hydration but also stimulates collagen growth to create a radiant and dewy look on your face.

The procedure starts with the nurses applying numbing cream to the treated areas for about 30 mins. This is followed by the procedure itself which will usually require only about 15- 30 mins. Most patients will find this procedure highly tolerable and you can expect to see visible improvements to the skin after an initial course of treatments, resulting in healthier skin with a beautiful glow.

Additional antioxidants can also be combined with skinboosters to help with brightening of skin tone.
